About Me
Hello and welcome! Talking about your feelings and problems can be really hard. Sometimes you can't find the words, and sometimes you just don't feel like talking. Why not try expressing yourself in a different way - using words and visuals? With art psychotherapy we can explore emotions, thoughts, and experiences by creating pictures and objects. You don't need art experience or expensive materials. Only be willing to try, explore, and work on yourself in a gentle but powerful way.
My clients and I work together on a variety of challenges including stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, life changes, cultural conflict, and issues with relationships, identity, self-esteem, purpose, and belonging. You'll have a no-judgment, supportive space to heal and grow.
I am a clinical art psychotherapist and certified yoga teacher based in London, UK. I grew up in the Philippines and am happy to have sessions in Filipino and English. I hope to meet you soon and work together with you. Take care.
